The new generation of education
At Edumus, we believe that students should have more practical electives and options already in high school. This way, each student can choose their own personal journey and learn exactly what interests them. The teacher’s profession is also changing – thanks to digital learning tools, location is no longer important, and students can discover interesting topics from every corner of Estonia (or even the world).
Industry experts from outside the school are best suited to teach specific elective subjects, which is why Edumus School also welcomes specialists without a professional certificate or previous teaching experience to join as teachers.

When building the course, you can use our course base and instructional materials, and participate in our individual mentoring program.

To teach at Edumus School, you need higher education, but no previous teaching experience is required. We assume that you have education and/or work experience in the field you are coming to teach at Edumus School. We always expect our teachers to have curiosity, a friendly approach and a desire to learn.

At Edumus School, we aim to teach courses that support learners in the labor market of the future either as an employee or as a leader. Our courses are mostly intended for beginners and primarily to arouse interest in the field, therefore the content of the course should be easy to understand and practical.

Edumus School offers new teachers a support platform that allows you to:
Create a landing page for your course and open registration (we support course marketing)
Prepare your course content using our templates and sample materials developed with experts
Conduct live video lessons and create self-paced learning materials
Prepare automated tests and homework and provide feedback to students
Additional support from the Edumus team and mentors

Teacher's fee at Edumus School depends directly on the number of students in the course – so we all have more motivation to maintain the quality of the courses and constantly develop the materials. The teacher's fee is usually paid after the end of the course.
